Is online shopping safe?
Yes. We have taken every precaution to ensure your personal details are safe with us.
All sensitive information you provide is encrypted using industry-standard Secure Sockets Layer technology, and we utilise a leading Zimbabwe payment processor.
We also insist that all credit card payments use 3D Secure processes (such as MasterCard’s SecureCode and Verified by Visa).
How can I see how much stock is available on the website?
Our website can provide an estimation of stock availability for collection or in-store, based on the previous day’s closing stock. We do our best to source stock even if it is low, but there may be cases where we will need to contact you as this may lead to extended lead times. Unfortunately, due to the nature of our business, we cannot guarantee the stock indicated on the site is in-store. However, if you want to confirm the quantity available, it is best to contact us on +2638688002204 or your closest store. (Please note: it is against business practice to reserve stock).
Can you guarantee stock?
As we are competitively priced and our stock sells on demand, we cannot guarantee stock. However, we will try our best to source the items for you. We will be in contact with you should we encounter any problems with stock.
How do I place an order?
Once you have decided on the product(s) that you want to order, use the (quantity tool) to select the number of items that you would like to purchase, then click the (Add to Cart) button. Continue shopping in this manner until you have completed your order. When you are ready to checkout, click the (Cart) button in the upper right-hand corner of the page and then select (proceed to check out). You will be asked to enter your email, name, and phone number. Next, you will be asked to enter your payment information. After entering your information click (Place Order).
How do I know if my order was successfully processed?
After you place your order, you will know that your order was successfully processed through the email confirmation that you will receive.
Can I receive an order quote?
Yes, when you view products, under ‘Add to cart’, there will be an option to ‘Get Quote‘ this will be sent directly to our sales team.

Do I need to create an account to place an order?
You will not need to have an account to make a purchase, however, if you would like to sign up for an account, some of the benefits include: checking out faster, keeping more than one address on file, and accessing past order history.

How do I track my order?
Unfortunately we do not offer delivery options currently. After your order has been processed you will receive a confirmation number in your email which will advise of the collection point. Please check the email that you used when you placed the order. If you do not see a confirmation email, please check your junk mail/spam folder.
